I booked this hotel on Priceline for $42/night, so I really can't complain too much. But there was nothing about the hotel to recommend it- the rooms were in serious need of renovation, and the sheets, blanket, and bedspread were thin and cheap. As another poster noted, the lobby is in much better shape than the rooms.

The breakfast buffet wasn't very good either... the juices were good, but the pastries were below average and the coffee was bad.

Unlike other hotels in its class, there was no complimentary in-room internet access.

I would not stay there again.

The location is great if you need to be near the airport - terrible if you're in Orlando for Disney or Universal. Both are 20-30 minutes away and require toll roads to get to.

In general, this location needs renovation. Nothing major - it's not falling down - but the carpets are worn/stained, furniture showing wear, etc.

We had a king "suite". All one room, there was a king bed separated by a partial wall to a sleeper sofa. There was a large desk and minikitchen with microwave, fridge and small sink. The bed and sleeper were both comfortable. While a little small, the room did have the options we needed. The bathroom was tiny but adequate, with minor mold spots along the tub edge.

The "upgraded" breakfast was barely an upgrade, if any. With the standard breads, muffins, yogurt and juices, there were scrambled eggs and sausage patties. They were slightly warm and it was the same every day. The coffee was consistently nasty.

The location was away from the main street (Semoran Blvd) and there were no noise problems. If full or near full, parking is very tight.

Would I return? Yes, but only if I know I'm getting a very good price. There are so many options in Orlando that not doing some research and being very selective would be a major mistake.

I completed 3 nights here after spending 2 nights at the Amerisuites NE, which is just down the road. This hotel looks newer compared to the Amerisuites NE and has a nice lobby but it is a different story from the inside. Check-in went OK and I was able to upgrade to a bigger unit as previously requested. Upon entering the room, we were all taken back by the damp moldy odor that lingered for the whole stay. We were able open the window by 3-4 inches but that did not help. The furnishings and floors were stained and the bathroom was not in the best condition. It is hard to sleep well when you are irritated by the condition of the place. I was told that the hotel is booked so I did not bother asking for a room switch. The breakfast area was in much better condition than Amerisuites NE with the food and utensils constantly replaced once stock was low. The staff was also courteous and willing to help. The condition of the room prevented this hotel from getting a better score. Once again, for the $39/night paid through hotwire, I will say it was worth the money.

For $32 a night plus tax this is an incredible bargain. It's near the airport located in a circle with a bunch of other hotels. I hope this is converted to a Hyatt Place but the lobby area is pretty decent for one of these. There is lots of free parking and a shuttle, free breakfast, and the suite itself includes a refrigerator/microwave, sitting area, large desk, over 60 tv channels (although some channels had static and the remote had a low battery), free wireless (gotta appreciate that these days!)......the bed is soft and okay.....not hard like some motels but not new and soft like courtyard or even the new holiday inn beds. Overall this place needs a makeover......the hallways seem old and dated, as do the rooms. For a night or two at this price though, it's all good! I would be hesitant to pay the regular rate though.
