Mt husband and I , and my daughter, and grandaughter age 11 stayed on the club floor of the Disney Beach Club Resort for 3 days in mid June. The concierge service was very helpful and friendly our whole stay. Our garden view rooms were quite spacious, and had nice bathrooms. The 4 of us had breakfast in the concierge lounge every morning. They had a toaster for bagels, hot oatmeal with various toppings, 3 cold cereals, juices, coffee, tea, milk, cold hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, and sweet rolls......very comfortable, quick ,and plenty to eat. They also had a tv with cartoons for smaller children. In the afternoon ,they had beer and wine and some hors d'oeuvres, and always a fridge with water and soft drinks available. In the evening before bedtime they had desserts and cordials. This service made getting to the parks early a bit easier. The hotel pools are amazing..they have sandy bottoms..and there are 3 of various depths..as well as a lazy river with inner tubes and a big waterslide.....one area is 2' deep so parents can sit waist deep with smaller non-swimmers...there are many active life guards as well.In the late afternoon, when many people are hot and tired from park adventures, they have pool games for kids..seems especially well suited for tweens and they give out prizes...the pools are also busy in the evening...there is an outdoor restaurant and bar that was very popular.they have a spa and arcade room...so lots for kids to do on property. The Yacht Club hotel is somewhat attached, and they seem to share the pools, gym, and spa...there is a nice sidewalk that leads you in 5 minutes strolling time into the International entrance to Epcot....so very convenient for the restaurants in the countries sections and for the big evening fireworks show. There is a pretty dock area where the ferry boat lands that will take you to Hollywood studios. It was very hot when we were there ,so the big adjoining pools were so very welcome and fun for our multi-generation family.we did not eat in the Cape May Restaurant, but did walk to dinner next door to the Yachtsman Steakhouse restaurant one night, and to Le Cellier in in the Canada section of Epcot on another night.Great service at both restaurants...the food at le Cellier was amazing. andboth had great wine list. Checking in and out of the Beach Club was a snap.We self parked easily too.I highly reccomend this hotel for Epcot and Hollywood Studio goers, and for kids and grown ups who enjoy pool time.I give this hotel top ratings.Ask for softer pillows if the ones they give you are too hard for you.You will enjoy your visit. The clientel there seemed well mannered and friendly too.
