Nice resort. Great kid pool area. I have a child with a Dairy allergy and nobody seemed to be able to help me or accommodate that need. That was very disappointing and shocking. Self parking was very far so if you are going to need your car often valet is worth the $$.

We just returned from a great weekend at this resort! Gary B. the bellman set the tone for our stay with a wonderful arrival! The pool area is fantastic! My 4 yr old loved the kids pool and mini slide. My 7 yr old didn't stop going down the new slides. Dinner in Siro was just perfect with kids. We are definitely planning to return soon!

Pulling up to the front door reminded me of pulling up to the MGM in Vegas, I don't think I have ever seen that much traffic at a hotel. The valets were as fast as they could be. Check in was a long drawn out process. And this was with us trying to check in around 9PM. They do offer the mobile app check in, but when you book through a third party site, it doesn't seem to work. I have used it in the past, but not with third party booking. Once we got to the front desk, about 20 mins, the staff was great. The resort fee and parking fee where a little hefty in my opinion. I don't mind paying high rates for parking in a metro area, thats normal. But to pay a resort and parking fee both in a non metro area, excessive. The rooms were average. The carpet down the halls, old and dated. The pool areas were nice. Lobby furniture was old and splitting. This was not a very good value for the money. I do spend the night in 60 buck a night rooms as well as 500 night rooms, so I gauge them accordingly.

Dear Brian J,

Clearly, as a Marriott guest, we did not live up to you expectation while staying with us recently. We appreciate you taking the time to share your comments and feedback as we always feel we can learn and improve for future Marriott guests.

Please know that our pricing is indeed competitive with other full-service hotels in the Orlando area which offer the same great location, amazing pool area, wide variety of restaurants and lounges, and other amenities as we provide; however, if we were not able to demonstrate this value to you, then we do apologize. We value you as a Marriott guest and we take great pride to extend Marriott's high standards for quality and hospitality each and everyday. It is clear you felt you did not experience this while here with us. We hope at some point we can welcome you back.

Conference held at this hotel. Because the hotel is surrounded by golf course and highways, had to book this hotel. Conference center is huge and fairly nice. Hotel is a maze. Onsite food is mediocre and overpriced. Rooms are economy hotel quality. Had wifi as part of the conference package, otherwise would have been $15. Kinda irritated that the maid rearranged my stuff during my stay. I don't believe the hotel offers any shuttles to attractions. So if you're coming to Orlando for attractions, go elsewhere. The pool was good sized and looked nice. Overall, this is a $80 a night quality hotel at $200 a night prices.

Dear ChrisMI_1976,

Thank you for sharing your review of your stay while attending a conference at our resort. We never like to hear a guest was unhappy and we appreciate that you offered some feedback on your room and the pricing at some of our on-site restaurants.

We would like to clear up the misinformation you received on the in-room Wi-Fi. It is indeed part of the Resort Fee and that it is free for Marriott Rewards members and also includes a bucket of balls at the golf range, service at our on-site cleaners, transportation to the theme parks and bottle waters replenished daily to name a few of the other amenities included in the fee.

We have taken note of your comments and hope we can use these comments to take a look and make necessary changes to ensure our next guest has a great stay with us.

Carolina and Megan went above and beyond with by providing great personalized service as I checked in and helped get my business trip off to a very good start. It helps to be greeted by friendly and welcoming people after a long day of travel.

Huge hotel with many rooms and great for companies hosting conferences. It has almost everything onsite, including a Starbucks and a Fedex outlet.
There's also a big water slide for kids to enjoy. The food court is disappointing though and the opening hours is typically from 8am-4pm.
The staff at the front desk are generally helpful and friendly but I can't say that of the other staff. The F&B staff are generally not too friendly. The concierge is outsourced and staff onsite are not very knowledgeable about things to do in Orlando.
There's a shuttle that brings guests to Disney World at fixed timings provided the daily resort fee of $22 is paid.
Overall, a functional business hotel but certainly not a cosy one.
