Upon check-in on Thursday evening 11/23 advised front desk that this was the first part of a five night reservation (1 night on one reservation, 4 nights on separate reservation). Clerk advised us we would be able to stay in same room, just come to front desk in morning and he would check us out and then back into same room. Wrong! Went down to desk on Friday morning and advised that that room had been pre-assigned to someone else so we would have to change from 5th floor to 4th floor room. We were a party of 5 including a 2 year old and a 5 year old with luggage for our entire trip of 16 nights. We changed rooms. Upon returning to the room on Friday night, when showering found that the drain didn't work in the shower. Notified front desk who told us it would be fixed Saturday morning. Saturday evening returned to room - shower still not fixed. Called again - maintenance came up spent about 15 minutes in bathroom left without saying anything. Upon return from dinner, went to shower - drain still not fixed. Called front desk - said they needed to order part - wouldn't be available until Monday. Told to speak to Manager on Sunday morning. Upon speaking to Manager - he said the best he could do is change our room again - 3rd change in 3 days. The room he changed us to was supposedly the best he had. Room had dirty carpet, bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. The 2 year old spilled chocolate milk in the bed - next day sheet not changed, bed made over stain. Would never stay at hotel again - dirty, staff not at all helpful. We booked the room through Hotel Kingdom and would never stay there again.
