The hotel was old, the toilet was clogged, the heater did not work,the sliding door lock was broke, not much sound proofing, very noisy and worst of all it smelled like mildew. We reserved a king bed but got a queen instead.The clerks would speak in spanish to each other. We were so disgusted that we left at 2:30 am. We would not recommend this place !

Great, clean room with king size bed and balcony. We mistakenly made the reservation for the wrong weekend and the check in clerk went above and beyond to correct it and ensure we had a comfortable stay. We did not expect much for the price we paid but we were pleasantly surprised. During our trip we also stayed at another, more expensive hotel, but found we preferred Royal Celebration.

Stayed about a year ago,DO NOT CHANGE TRAVELLERS CHEQUES HERE.!
I changed a cheque for $50 but by mistake gave receptionist a $500 cheque, realised within 15 minutes what I had done, challenged reception who said they would sort out next day, 24 hours later hotel owner had my cheque in his hand and could not tell me what I had paid for as everything was pre-paid.He ripped me off

My mother and I brought my 4 year old niece down to go to Sea World, I was a bit worried, since I booked online but then we got there with no problem, and got into the Lobby and up to our room. It was a lot nicer than I expected. It was clean, the ice machine was right near our room, and the air in our room worked great and was very quiet. The contenental breakfast was great, and there were many restaurants within walking and driving distance, anything from fast food to a nice sit down restaurant. I would most definately stay in this hotel again, it was a great stay for a wonderful price.
