“Good Grub & Service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 8, 2014

We ate in Tony Roma's a couple of times and highly recommend it. Our bills were actually cheaper here than in the lower-end Ponderosa. The quality of food is very good. I would highly recommned the chicken flatbread as a starter. The ribs, burgers and steaks all went down really well with the family and portion sizes are big, so take a box home for the next days lunch. The only food we tried that didn't work was the tempura asparagus. It was a bit too greasy and the asparagus just didn't need the addition.
The staff were really attentive and helpful with selection. When we were there, there were a number of staff from Belfast over training and they were very friendly.
It's not fine dining, but it is good grub and service at an affordable price.

“Put this place out of its misery”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed July 5, 2014

We went to this place because we remember what Tony's used to be many years ago. Apparently this is the last time this place was cleaned or maintained. The interior is horrible and just smells. The menu is tired and needs updating. The quality of the food is less than a typical Applebee's . Beer was served warm. Although the waitress was fun, it could not make up for all of the shortcomings. Obviously others already knew about this because there was no line or wait on a busy Saturday evening.
It is sad to see a once good place just die slowly. Get some new management and chefs please. Place cleanliness and upkeep a bit higher on your to do lists.
Will NEVER spend a cent here again. TGIF is far better for the cost.

“A nice change from all the Disney”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 3, 2014

Orlando has a lot to offer besides the theme parks. Tony Roma's is pretty high on my list of best things and most do in Orlando. The ribs steak chicken... Everything is delicious. The staff is the best. My 10 yr old nephew complemented the chef, which in return gave my whole party free desserts.

“Not up to Tony Roma standards”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 3, 2014

Loved Tony Romas and was looking forward to starting their trademark onion loaf. This was not up to previous standards and was greasy and bland. Some menu items were not available but we were not advised until we gave our order and had to choose something else. We ordered steak ribs pulled pork and grilled chicken salad. Some bits of the chicken were so hard that you could not get a fork into them. Half the plate had lovely white chicken however a number of pieces were unedible they were so tough! I alerted the waitress who said it was probably the breadcrumbs however I demonstrated trying to pick up the meat area with a fork and it was do hard it wouldn't. She offered to get be fresh chicken however I decided against this. Steak and ribs were good, pulled pork good, chicken a disgrace!
