I really enjoyed blizzard beach and I think overall preferred it to the other 3 waterparks I went to in Orlando (Typhoon Lagoon, Aquatica and Wet n Wild) on this trip.
The theming is excellent and I was a little surprised to see a fully functioning chairlift in a water park - although we only used it once for the novelty as despite it being quiet season (late september) it seemed to have the longest queue in the park and using the stairs isn't that much of a hardship!
The summit plummit slide was a great thrill slide although you do feel a bit battered when you get off at the bottom. Definitely the most thrilling slide in Orlando, with the possible exception of the bomb bay at Wet n Wild with it's trapdoor-in-the-floor.
The other two that go from the top of the chairlift were good too, one faster and the family raft one which is impressively long although it does seem to end miles from anything else in the park.
The tube slides round the back were quiet and still quite good fun, and so were the mat slides.
Really liked that there were tubes in the wave pool too although it's not a wave pool in the same way Typhoon Lagoon is!
Food was ok, usual Disney stuff which I thought was reasonable value and quality for fast food. We got some really good, fresh, hot mini donuts on the way out too with chocolate dipping sauce.
Lockers were about $10 once you got your $5 key deposit back.
