Okay so you're told to arrive 60-90 min prior to the show, not sure why since all you do is stand in a large room with 500 people and buy drinks at the bar. Then again that should've been my first inclination of how they try to sell sell sell. Afterwards, we were allowed to enter and sit down. Not much help there as their were other people in our seats that had to be moved, not their fault just poor planning on the part of AN. Our poor waiter took our salad to bring new ones because he didn't want to serve it after someone else had sat there, problem was he was sooo busy he forgot to bring new ones until 30 min later. The steak was very small, my husband said his was ok but mine was really dry and luke warm. Mashed potatoes were okay, for sure from a box. The "mixed veggies" consisted of a heated up package of veg-all. I was horrified because they charge something like $58.00 Per Person & this is what they expect you to eat. Was "passed " a small basket of cold rolls from the people sittting next to us, can you say unsanitary. Then, they come around during the show to try and sell pictures, with a flashlight as it is dark, that they made you take when you arrived. The only thing this place has going for it is that they had one guy that seemed to be very talented, I would love to tell him where he could find a better gig. And the horses were just beautiful! We left before the show was over, I felt very bad for our waiter but I couldn't sink another dime into this poor excuse for a night out with my family so I did not leave a tip. I know, I should have but I just felt so taken advantage of. Please do not go here unless you like to overspend and get very little in return. I do plan to write a detailed letter to management for whatever that is worth.
