I think this is the newest Disney park in Orlando, and it is clear that everything they have learned was used in designing this park! Our three kids were between 3 and 6 when we went last fall and they all had a blast. They were intrigued with the live shows, especially the Lion King. We were impressed with the attention to detail, especially the theming of the buildings and the walkways to make you feel like you were on an african safari. The highlight for everyone was the safari adventure where you actually board a jeep and go out to the "savannah" and see the animals in a replica of their natural surroundings. Our jeep was even delayed a bit by a hippo that was intent on staying in the path. My favourite Disney park by far!

this park is not worth the money at all!...ecspecially if your not an animal lover(wich im not) the only thing good about this park is that the safri ride was good ...fake...but none the less good other than that over crowded and not really that kid friendly

Like all other Disney facilities, the food is over-priced and tastes bland, but the international festivities and shops were a treat. Everest is a great roller coaster and you WILL get wet on the river ride. A bug's life is a great show. The animals were entertaining throughout the park. The safari is definately worth the wait. There were tons of animals and it was good to see them in a psuedo-natural habitat.

Just returned froman 8 day family trip to Orlando. We only had enough time to do one Disney park and we choose ANIMAL KINGDOM. The entrance fee is a little over priced and I was not to impressed the first part of the day but as the day went on we had a blast. Living in Southern California we are spolied with all the theme & animal parks. This was a little different though. Everest was the highlight of the day a must ride!!!! The food at the park was great!!!!!!!! We visited 3 other parks and the food was terrible. you have to try the sit down resturant in Africa. The food is great!!!! There is also a drink stand near asia that has fabulous teas. I would recommend this park to all ages!!!!!
