Even if you get over the fact that you have to give them a lot of money and that their staff is absolutely unhelpful and even rude, I don't believe this was a great experience. The shows were OK, not awesome, just OK. And I thought that I would saw peolple caring for these animals, after all, if they receive money it's because of the animals!!! And yet what we found was disgusting! Most of the animals were maintain in small places. I saw a dolphin almost black because he had sunburns. The same dolphin had also scares all over him because SeaWorld do wants your money, but there is no one there to make sure to educate people before giving them the opportunity to touch the animals. These animals have very sensitive skin and you can't just go around touching them with your nails!! But NO ONE was there to tell people and to answer to questions. There was only 1 employee for almost 50 people, so what could she really see or say??? The animals are bored, they don't even move because they have no place and the place they have is usually ugly, dirty and not representative of their original habitats! Really you should go somewhere else!! If I'd known, I would have!
