The Wild Arctic attraction definitely has some potential---riding a helicopter simulator to the Arctic, and then "arriving" there and getting to roam about. I can imagine that Disney---though I'm not a particular fan---would have done a spectacular job in creating a realistic immersion experience.
Seaworld doesn't appear to possess the skill to impart the magic to the attraction. Much worse, being SeaWorld, they feel duty-bound to include living animals. What results is a case of misguided animal exploitation and frankly, abuse. All of the animals there but in particular the polar bear, are kept in too-small, dimly-lit exhibit spaces. The lone polar bear evoked nothing so much as a prisoner in solitary confinement. He seemed terribly depressed and was exhibiting a pathological repetitive scratching behavior the whole time.
