“UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE”

EXPECTED MORE FROM HILTON, LACK OF MAINTENANCE TO SEVERAL ITEMS IN ROOM , TWO MAJOR SAFETY ISSUES. (fire alarm & unlocked window on 5th floor room) We were greeted by a broken lamp, light bulb burned out, no complimentary breakfast, fire alarm awakened us, no public announcement or advice, coffee maker not working! Discovered unlocked with no safety's on 5th floor window overlooking pool while looking at firetruck leaving.

I must agree, this is very unfortunate and I can't express enough my most sincere apologies for what transpired during your stay with us. I can assure you there has been immediate corrective actions and safety training conducted. Guest safety, comfort, and satisfaction truly is staff and managements #1 priority. I am sorry we missed the mark and failed you. We hope that you can return back to the hotel and have a true Hilton Garden Inn experience where we exceed your expectations. Thank you again for taking the time to express your concerns.

Kevin, the night auditor was absolutely amazing to us when checking in. You could tell that he had been there for a while and he was very customer service savy. Asked if we needed anything at all and to let him know if we did. This is why we choose Hilton Brands. The level of customer service is amazing and Kevin definately shines. Thank you Kevin, and we will return! :)

Walk into lobby and amaze at the light airy feel you get. Just upon entering is a bright, cheerful atmosphere. The front desk was prompt and courteous and put us in our room right away, explaining some of the featured amenities and restaurants, etc. in area. Elevator service was fast. Hallways were immaculate, and the room was spacious and clean! The bed was comfortable and the pillows just lovely. Our bathroom was clean with no signs of mildew or slothful cleaning, so hats off to housekeeping! We did not partake of the $9.99 breakfast opting to eat out (beach) instead, but one morning we did need plates and silverware and the wait staff was most helpful in procuring the needed items. Loved having a Keurig coffeemaker in our room! We did not use the outdoor pool, but saw that it was clean and clutter-free.
The location was perfect, and there were plenty of restaurants, stores, salons convenient to the hotel.

Very Excited for our upcoming Baseball Tournament and stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, Oldsmar. So far my experience with this hotel has been exceptional. I have been working with Jackie Farquhar, Dir of Sales. She has made our experience with booking reservations a breeze. Her understanding and organization of all of our request has been perfect in every way.

My daughter and her young son came to visit us and instead of her staying at my house, I came and stayed with her at the Hilton Garden Inn. From the comfortable beds to the sparkling swimming pool, every part of the stay was perfect. The staff are all so friendly and they made us feel so welcome with a toddler in tow. The breakfast was fabulous.....as was the breakfast staff.

I would stay over and over again. From the time I booked the group of rooms, Jacquie was most helpful in every way, she understood the needs of the team. Upon check in the staff was great and courteous. The breakfast buffet was way above average and most delightful. The staff was there to assist in every way. Hotel was clean and very pleasant. Great location, could not ask for a better choice of restaurants within walking distance. Will definately book again for our next tournament.

A member of the family passed away. We had hoped for some cooperation from one of the local area hotels. We could not have asked or hoped for anything better than what we received at this hotel. Jackie worked with us giving us everything we needed even though we were all unorganized and making ever changing last minute plans. On behalf of my whole family I can't thank her enough.

You have earned a customer for life!
