“Terrific food and setting”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 23, 2012 via mobile

We had a group of 8 stop by for dinner after golf on a Sunday afternoon. Everyone was pleased with the two for one happy hour and the meals were all excellent. Some of the group had not been to City Fish before and were most impressed with food , service and setting. My favorite is the Ahi Tuna salad - always excellent!

“Excellant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 12, 2012

The fish is wondrfully fresh, you would swear, there was a dock behind this restaurant and they just caught everything.
Friendly staff, large menu, sometimes never knowing what to have, but I love Tilapia and it is great.
Dirty Martini's hit the spot any time and they are a treat each time

Save room for any dessert, as the portions are very generous, overly generous, the cakes are out of this world.
I would recommend this restaurant for all, Haven't had the brunch yet, but will do that soon

“Dinners are great: Sunday Brunch is extrordinary!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2012

My wife and I usually eat here about once a month for dinner. The seafood is superb. We love the Chilian Sea Bass, the Mahi Mahi, the Fettuccine Seafood platter and the outstanding Cioppino. They often have Beer Cheese soup as the "du jour" offering and it is worth a special trip. And you must save room for the White Chocolate Creme Brulee which is my my short list for best desserts in Tampa Bay.

We've been to the Sunday Brunch many times and we've introduced many friends and family to it and it is really impressive. The quality and the range of foods displayed is seriously good. And I have always found the service to be terrific; unusual for buffet service where you're basically helping yourselves. But here the used plates are quickly removed, the glasses filled, you're asked if you want your crab legs steamed, etc. In fact one visit, I was asked by the manager about the meal and I joked that it could only be better if Beer Cheese Soup was on the buffet. Ten minutes later he personally delivered a large steaming tureen of it to my table. Yeah, I think the service is great.

Some have complained here that $24 is too much for brunch. Well, if you want a $10 breakfast or a $15 lunch, go to Denny's. If you look at all the terrific foods offered here, the fine meats at the carving stations; the fresh oysters, shrimps, crab legs; the sushi, the soups, the paella, the huge antipasta selections and fresh fruits along with the omelet station and the usual breakfast items like pancakes, french toast, eggs and sausages--you'll quickly see that you're getting a major bargain. And then toss in the free all-you-can-drink bloody mary bar. Whoa!

These pikers belong at Dennys and they can be smug about all the money they're saving.

“Loved it”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2012

We all loved our food. Had a wonderful quiet place to sit (6 of us). Liked the atmosphere. One woman lives only 5 miles from the restaurant and didn't realize it was there. She will return!
