It certainly looks the part. A very attractive building from the outside with nice decor and ambiance inside for the diners. We arrived for our reservation early in order to take advantage of happy hour which is only available at the bar. The bar is very small and not particularly adapted for groups to gather. There were only 9 bar stools in the entire bar, no booths or tables, so one of our group of ten had to stand. Ryan, our bartender, made some excellent drinks but was also charged with delivering drinks to the tables and other duties as well so that our glasses went empty a couple of times. As with all the other churrascarias that I have eaten in the salad bar was very well done and well stocked. It was smaller than others but the entire restaurant is much smaller than the chains such as Fogo de Chao and Texas de Brazil. However, no one would be disappointed with just the salad bar; quite delicious with a totally adequate variety. After our salad plates were cleared the meat courses, delivered on skewers by waiters, started. The side dishes, mashed potatoes and fried bananas, were self serve which was a little unusual but no real problem. We found the majority of the meat items to be very, very salty or tough or salty and tough. The Parmesan chicken served from a skewer by a waiter and the self served mashed potatoes and roasted turkey from a station near the salad bar may have been the tastiest items available. It was not infrequent that our plates would be empty, or at least empty of edible tidbits, so we were waiting for the next item to be served a lot. Everyone seemed to be very busy but customers seemed to be waiting for food which indicates to me that the restaurant is under staffed. The restaurant provided a complimentary chocolate ice cream birthday cake to the celebrant in our group which was a nice gesture. However, excluding the salad bar and the mashed potatoes which were excellent, the quality of food and the service did not meet the standards that one would expect and all in all we were very disappointed.
