We stayed at the Emerald Isle in January, 2005. The building and the condos are well maintained. The pool is wonderful, faces the Gulf, as do all the balconies. Security in this building is excellent.
Definitely will be back here again.
Have stayed here twice now - back in 93 on our first visit, and then again in 2001. Both times in october. We had a 3 bed apartment, and thought it was very good. The beach is superb - wide, white and clean. Fantastic sunsets over the Gulf. A lovely pool at this condo. the rooms were in excellent condition, there is a large main room - with full kitchen, dining area, comfortable sofas and chairs. A very large balcony overlooking the beach. We loved it here as a family, and would definitely come back for a 3rd time.
