Description: You need to experience this place at least once in your lifetime. You pull up to an unassuming PINK building, Panama Hattie's, somewhere during your first beverage and the homemade bread and whipped sweet butter you realize, I'm on vacation. After dinner you jump on a moonlight water cruise just to feel the salty wind in your hair and the good vibes in your belly from dinner. You pass by the Rum Bar's tiki torches and bonfires and it them hits you, this place is part of Panama Hattie's as well! Wow. This place is like Mary Poppins's bag! Your not in Kansas anymore, you are at Panama Hattie's and the Rum Bar, and I don't think you want to leave anytime soon. Enjoy.

“Stone Crabs!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 20, 2014

Hungry for stone crabs and remembered going here years ago. Atmosphere was nice a little breezy and the umbrella just about took our table away. Food was good. I would recommend offering the stone crabs as a appetizer. It was hard to see to the shells in the dim light. Water Taxi was offering free rides would have been nice to enjoy the water way. Remembered a lot of fun times we spent here.

“One of Our Favorite Local Restaurants”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 8, 2014

Whenever we've dined at Panama Hattie's we have enjoyed our food & drinks. We like to take our visiting family & friends there for a good meal & then enjoy a complimentary boat ride on the intracoastal waterway. Makes for a great evening!

“great time”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 6, 2014

Went to Panama Hattie's for a joint birthday celebration with friends and family. Had an awesome time...service was excellent considering e were a group of 12. The all you can eat king crab legs was well worth the steep price since I definitely kept them brining on the platters. No negatives....

“Pay for the location”

Great spot on the water. Good place to go for drinks. Food is very average and expensive for what it is. If you like to drink and have conch fritters, this is a great place. If you want fine dining, try someplace else.

“offers a Florida Keys laid back atmosphere”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 1, 2014

Panama Hattie’s in our view is not the advertised “South Florida’s best dining experience;” however, the owner is not going to suffer a lawsuit for this ad.

Panama Hattie’s is south of the Garden’s Mall on the west side of A1A, and yes, there are very nice water views. Panama Hattie’s may or may not work for children.

Panama Hattie’s really offers a near Florida Keys laid back atmosphere, and young adults and boomer couples are kicking back with some wine or drinks, and enjoying the sunset (when clouds do not intervene.)

The menu provides choices, and the various fish platters and dishes are most popular. We recently elected a scallops dinner and shrimp dinner. The service and meal were great.

Panama Hattie’s provided a delightful and fun evening for a date night with your wife, and adults of all ages were enjoying the ambience. No Worries.
