My friends wanted to take me for sushi for my birthday so I chose Sushi Sake as some colleagues had raved. It is located in a strip mall with a frozen yogurt place and a Starbucks yet when you walk in, the decor is quite upscale. It was certainly not the look we had anticipated and were disappointed at the concordant increase in prices as the management tried to match the price to the look rather than the location. We ordered a few different rolls and some seaweed salad. All was passable but the prices lead us to expect something a bit more inspired or enjoyable. Service was only okay and the TVs playing MSNBC were loud and annoying. Cotton candy is served as a dessert to diners, which was an interesting idea, but contributed to the confusing ambiance of the place.
There are MANY options for sushi and I suggest you try someplace else.
