Visited New Smyrna Beach July 14-21. It's now our family tradition to go to Blackbeards on our first day of vacation. Always good food and fast, friendly service. Got there at 4:00 on Saturday and there was quite a wait when we were on our way out the door. Some complain about the 1 trip to the salad bar, but believe me it's plenty. Most places you only get a small salad with your meal. Also, love the fact that you get dinner rolls and those yummy cinnamon rolls. Hope that never changes.

Vacationed in NSB for a week. This was probably one of the better meals. TONS of food, so you may want to share. Hushpuppies were great! REAL WHIPPED BUTTER TOO!

As a new Smyrna local, I've been eating at Blackbeards for 20 years or longer, and i've never had a bad meal. In fact, the food is always consistantly excellent! Always fresh and the best prime rib or seafood you can get. I'm not sure how they keep it so consistant but it keeps you coming back. Give them a try You'll love it!

This place has it all and then some. Fresh shucked oysters from a real raw bar, Fresh salad bar & Spicy fish chowder with every dinner. Fresh grouper, the best roast prime rib and the best fried shrimp. service and more service. Fresh baked bread, cinnamon buns hush puppies baked potatoes,sweet potatoes, did I mention the long waiting line,usually.Just had to tell about this gem of a place. Just glad to know its there for me Thank You very much for you work!!!!!!!!!
