Our family always enjoys going to Breakers during, or after, a day at the beach. The burgers are honestly the best!! The windows are open for a nice sea breeze, and you can wear your bathing suit! It's not a huge place, so you may have to wait for a seat - it is worth it. The service isn't always great, but the food, beer, and scenery more than make up for it.

You gotta love this place. You can sit and watch the ocean while you eat the best bacon cheeseburgers ever. You can't miss it,................ it's PINK ! Great service, friendly people. Just a great place to go.

Loved it! Where can you go today that you can wear a bathing suit and barefeet AND get served? Casual-beautiful view-no matter where you sit-great food-great value! Loved it-we went there 3 times in a week on our vacation-And the ocean right out your window! no wonder they are always busy-Great service with a smile for sure!!!

I ate here twice in one week. Not only was the panga (pongi?) fish sandwich worth coming back for, but the Breakers is the essence of old beach style. Big picture windows look out over the sand and breaking waves, and though there's no A/C, the fans and beach breezes make it comfortable. It's got that laid back attitude, so when you come in you won't have a hostess bring you to a table. Just go and grab one yourself, even if you have to wait near customers who are finishing up. Or you can get a seat along a counter at the open windows (also looking out onto the beach) just beyond the bar. The Breakers is something you just have to experience if you're near Flagler Ave in New Smyrna Beach. After your fair-priced meal, step out the door and you're back on the beach! What could be better than that?
