Been to the Garlic a few times, twice in the last month, and have noticed a significant deterioration with the food the service. Reception/hostess staff are extremely rude and need additional training. Fully understand that this is a busy restaurant, mostly due to lack of choices in this quaint town. Nonetheless, there is no excuse to herd people waiting in line or yell at them stand to the left or you won't get your name on the list," etc. Also understand restaurant recently expanded and thy are serving a larger volume of people. Unfortunately, this came with a price for customers. Food quality has significantly deteriorated. You will often get cold food, undercooked meat/vegtables and your wait time for the food to arrive is nearly 90 minutes from order, at least in our case it was 80-90 minutes each time. This is a great place to return for a drink and enjoyment of the live music, but perhaps before or after dinner elsewhere.
