After our visit to the restaurant last year(2011); my husband and I decided we would like a repeat visit this year. We made our reservation on the Internet at least a month prior to our vacation to Florida. Imagine our surprise, we showed up for our scheduled tour only to find out that it had been cancelled! Maybe before they schedule your reservations and accept your payment, they should make sure they have all the vital information to contact you in the event that a cancellation is deemed necessary! They phoned our home in Pennsylvania to inform us of the cancelled dinner cruise. Why not ask or request a cell phone number, just to ensure your notification! On top of all that, the young lady at the register was rude and did not even ask us if we would like to reschedule for the following evening. Thanks to her lack of consideration, you officially lost a repeat customer!
