What happened to good customer service? I have always been a fan of Bonefish until Sunday May 12, 2013. It was Mother Day so it was very busy as to expected. I arrived to meet my party of three other people, I checked in at the hostess stand & they replied that there was no reservation for my party & there was no one from the party there waiting. So I took a beeper for a table and waited outside. I waited for 25 minutes, going back into the restaurant & checking several to make sure the people I was meeting somehow did not slip past me. I was told the same thing several times, there was no reservation with the name of our group & no one was sitting at a table waiting for a 4th person. After 25 minutes of waiting, I returned the beeper, & left, someone in the group I had been waiting then called me & asked me where I was and that they were at Bonefish and had been waiting for 30 minutes!! So I turned around and drove back to the restaurant. In the meantime they spoke to the manager on duty & he actually said: its Mother Day, & I should have been more specific looking for my party!! Unbelievable!! I was waiting for 25 outside & m,y group was waiting for 30 inside, both of us asking the hostess if the other was there. I realize that sometimes mistakes happen, but the manager actually saying that it was our fault, not evening apologizing for the very clear mistakes that the hostess's made. I will never go back.
