“Great location, great value”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 11, 2012 via mobile

A lovely hotel that is in a great spot and is wonderful value for money. Sure it's not quite as luxurious as some, but its clean, comfortable, friendly and only five mins away from the shops and restraunts on 5th ave. Yes it's a walk to the beach, but there's plenty of parking available close to the beach. Throw in the free parking and (basic) breakfast and it's a good bet if you're stopping in Naples.

This is an older style hotel in a residential area. Very conveniently located for 5th Avenue shops & restaurants,Tin City & the beach. The room was nicely furnished but not much of a view. Safe deposit box in the room is free of charge.A fridge in the room would have been handy. Hotel staff were ok-one or two more pleasant than others. Continental Breakfast was included and but not too much choice but ok for us. The pool is rather small but was never crowded. We did however have to complain about the ants! They got everywhere around the pool area and nothing seemed to be done about it. It was also noticeable that when it got a bit windy and leaves fell into the pool it was left to guests to try to clean them out.

We stayed 2 nights, a wonderful older hotel very Clean!! nice furnishing, Very comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast served on real china, nice change from paper cups.
Found hotel on Trip Advisor. Easy access to beach on 8th street and to 5th ave shops. Take plenty of change for meters. Took trolly tour nice way to see Naples.
Hotel is older and need just a little lipstick in new carpeting. Free parking.
great stay.

Room Tip: Rooms facing street are the best back rooms overlook parking lot.

We stayed for 2 nights with our 9 year old boy. The hotel is lovely and traditional but not really for families. Most of the clientele were older people. The parking was free and the continental breakfast good. The pool was quite small, but the pool area was nice. It is within walking distance of lots of nice places to eat and we walked to the beach in about 15 minutes. We would stay again, but perhaps it would suit couples more.

This has been our 8th stay returning annually in October. The hotel is small but perfectly formed, very friendly staff, complimentary continental breakfast, but what sets this apart is its location 2 mins trot to 5th avenue which has lots of nice shops and restaurants, and within a stroll from the beach if you don't want to drive. With complimentary beach chairs too, nothing to fault.

We had a very enjoyable stay here. A lovely warm welcome from Peter on the front desk, very informative and helpful. Our room was beautiful and very very spacious! Excellent beds, very comfy! Cleanliness was second to none. We spent lovely afternoons around the pool and met some lovely people. The only negative thing I would say is it has a very limited 'bar' beer or wine and its not very welcoming. I would have loved to have come back from a meal and sat in a bar with some atmosphere and finished my evening with a drink. The hotel is in a very good position, a short walk to pretty Fifth Ave with its vast amounts of restaurants and an even shorter walk to Tin City. If you are thinking of visiting Naples I would recommend Trianon without a doubt.
