“Good location, average hotel”

Reading some of these reviews, one must wonder if the authors know anything about hotels in general and Residence Inns in particular. This hotel is obviously older, and it shows. It's several generations older than the new Marriott prototype. It's reasonably clean, but tired looking, including both the guest rooms and common areas. The "free" breakfast offers an opportunity to impress guests, but this breakfast isn't good at all, in selections or quality. To describe anything about this stay as "great" bespeaks of standards so low as to mandate skipping the review. There are many Residence Inns that are really good. This isn't one of them. The location is central and easy to get to, so that at least is a plus.

Thank you for sharing your opinion. We are glad to read that overall, you found our hotel acceptable. TripAdvisor allows reviews from hotel guests, regardless of their hotel brand knowledge or amount of travel experience. Our complimentary hot breakfast buffet is a great value, and one of the main reason's our guests choose us. We are sorry it did not live up to your expectations. Opened brand new in 1999, Residence Inn Naples has been in a continuous process of updating our facilities. Please be aware that theResidence Inn Brand has been around since 1987, and not all the "really good" properties are necesarily "new".

“Almost perfect”

Here you will find exactly what you expect from a Residence Inn. Our studio room was bright and simply perfect. Really nothing to complain. To get a 100% perfect rate to me, two things need to be fix: 1. Wi-fi worked very bad in our room, ok we had our laptop so we were able to connect wired, but a connection that comes and goes is annoying; 2. Breakfast is not as the same level as other Rrsidence Inns we tried in the past. Muffins were not too tasty and there was no waffles sirup. But I would go back anyway.

“Central Naples location”

This is a good quality Residence Inn centrally located in Naples. If you are from out of the area and planning a beach vacation, expect to drive 10-15 minutes to get to a beach park or to the downtown tourist shopping areas. If you are here for business you are likely well located, pretty much in the middle of the local business area and conveniently located on Tamiami Trail. My room was well maintained and in good condition. The hotel was quiet and clean. Breakfast was fresh and kept well stocked. I didn't use the pool but walked by the pool area several time and it appeared to be in good shape. Pricing is very reasonable. I will likely stay again when coming to the area.

Room Tip: Consider a second or third floor room to avoid some of the outside noises (people walking by, cricke...

“This hotel is a deal that is hard to beat”

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times & this stay was just as good as all the others. From the front desk staff, maintenance staff, housekeeping staff, daily breakfast with a good variety of hot & cold items, supper with wine, beer & soda Mon - Wed, the Sunday sundaes, everything was great.

It also is a very short drive to the beach.

We look forward to staying here again on our next vacation in Naples.

Room Tip: If you get a room facing towards the pool you will have no problem with any traffic noise from US41.

“Great Everything”

Stayed here with my daughter for a getaway from a Miami shopping trip. It couldn't have been better. Location is perfect, 3 minute drive to the beach. Shopping is 2-4 minutes away. Several restaurants within walking distance. As, usual, Residence Inn meets all our needs.

Rooms, as with all the Residence Inns are complete, Think furnished studio apartments. Free breakfast is a nice touch. Definitely more than hotel room.

Make sure you Make it to the Naples pier where you can see dolphins swimming around. Ignore the "NO Shark Fishing" sign, if you want to go in the water around the pier. You only live once!!!

We actually saw the sign AFTER we had gone swimming hhahahah....

Naples is my second favorite city in FL after St Augustine. But then again ST Augustine has the Fountain Of Youth so what city can compete with that!?!?!?!

I would definitely stay here again!!! And again, and again : )
