Ideal location, comfortable and friendly place to stay. The staff here are AMAZING and are so attentive to your needs. Every year they welcome us like family. Carol on front desk knows all the best places to visit and shop. Aniko and Angela make breakfast a joy. Good variety of American and continental breakfast. Food is always fresh and plenty of it! Manager Ziad really cares that you have the best stay possible.

I have stayed at other hotels in Naples and nothing has ever compared to the service we recieve at the Coutyard.
Would highly recommend this Hotel

Although this is part of the Marriott chain and the basic facilities are no different to other Courtyard hotels , the quality of service is exceptional. From the front desk to the breakfast service to the management, everything is done with a smile and wish to be helpful. We have used the hotel for three week stays for five years, and will certainly visit again.

Checked in this evening for a 6 days stay on business, and checked out again 20 minutes later. The halls and the room smells. Nothing is up to Courtyard standards. This property is desperately in need of a renovation. Older is not the word here, dark, dreary and unacceptable. I am surprised they are allowed to carry the Courtyard flag. Furniture stained, non existent wireless internet connection. Worst Courtyard I have ever seen. The good news is the desk manager promptly heard my concerns and got me moved over to another property. He was a caring, responsive young man.
As a Platinum Elite member, I delight in the Courtyard brand, and always look forward to a great bed, well lit lobby, and up to date branding. I moved over to the Springhill Suites In Naples.

Pros:
- Right on Tamiami so you can get every where easily
- Staff is extremely friendly and does their best to meet the customers needs

Cons:
- Older Style Marriott Courtyard
- Needs updating

If you are used to staying at the newer style Marriott Courtyard then you will be a little disappointed. This proprerty needs updating throughout.

It worked fine for me for a quick golf vacation and the staff was very friendly and accomadating.

We stayed here for 2 nights as we wanted to visit the everglades.

Our room had no balcony, try and get a room with one as there were plenty available.

This hotel had a tour bus arrive each day of our stay however you would not know this was the case other than seeing the bus outside.

Free various coffee that available at reception along with cookies. There is free internet also at reception if you do not have a laptop.

Staff were very helpull and gave us lots of good advice re eating and where to go!!

It has a hot tub and pool outside, each time we went there was no one else there.

Nearby there are shopping malls, Naples itself is a 5 min drive and 30 mins to the everglades.

I would recommend this hotel for a short visit to Naples or the Everglades.

We stayed here for 1 night in June 2010, as part of a Florida Tour, was one of the nicer hotels that we stayed in, found the hotel very comfortable, slight damp smell, nothing unbearable, pleasant helpful staff on front desk, laundry room with washer & dryer which a few guests said was very reaonsable and very clean, Free Internet use.
Safe location, had meal in local restaurant which was great fun and very good food think it was called 'Blueberry's' nice staff reasonable prices.
Unfortunately we would liked to have stayed here longer as we did not get to see much of Naples, would recommend this hotel, had nice pool & gym although did not try out!
Nice free coffee bar in reception too.

2 of 5 stars Reviewed June 25, 2010

I travel for work frequently and usually stay at Marriott hotels. I stayed at this courtyard in June 2010. It looked clean, but is in need of a remodel and had a funky smell. The hallways smelled like carpet powder cleaner, and the rooms had a damp smell somewhat like if you left wet towels on a floor for several days. I asked the person that I was travelling with about it (he was staying about 10 rooms down the hall), and his had the same smell. The service was adequate, but the next time I go back, I'll definitely go back to the Marriott Residence Inn down the street, which I have stayed at numerous times.
