Great experience!! Staff is very friendly and nice. Rooms are clean and very nice with balconies. Complimentary breakfast is more than you would expect. Can't say enough about what a wonderful romantic stay it was.

I have to say, we took this trip there for my wife's birthday expecting this hotel to be your typical 'chain' hotel. Nothing fancy etc etc. We we surprised! It's very clean, very well maintained, and although on the cheaper end of your average hotel, it has somewhat of a 'classy' feel to it. The pictures don't do it justice. The location may not be everyone's favorite, but it's very convenient to stores and restaurants, and in a central location if you plan on doing many different things. Highly recommend this one and if we're ever in Naples again, we will be back!

Anyone chastising this hotel or staff simply wouldn't be pleased at any place. Some people just try to take advantage of our western way of life to maximize their personal gain - we all have words for that class of people don't we. Listen to the masses people, this is a really nice hotel. Clean, great ambiance, very nice rooms although our room had a bit of a musty smell at initial entry - much like my teenage Son's room, but one quickly adapts and doesn't notice after a minute or so. Breakfast is continental; waffle machines, bagels, fruits, etc. - good value - eat indoors or on the outdoor patio or pool area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is great, easy access to all conveniences of Naples and surrounding area. This Canadian highly recommends the Inn - you won't be disappointed.

Very nice hotel. Clean and quiet, throughout. Great bar and lounge area. Nice outdoor back porch overlooking small lake. Nice pool area. Only problem was the ducks that thought they owned the place. Breakfast was included and excellent. Very convenient to shopping and beach. We caught one of their specials so the price was very low.
