“Pool Bar & Restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

We are here at the Naples Grande Beach Resort with 4 groups and we took a nice break for lunch at the restaurant by the pool. Baris was our waiter and was very nice, quick and accommodating with our special requests!

The hotel is lovely inside and out. The rooms including the bathroom are spacious. The pools available are clean and have plenty of lounges (and towels) for the guests. Access to the beach which goes through a beautiful mangrove is quick via golf cart provided by the hotel. On the beach, the restaurant food and seating is great as well as the service for paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. All the staff from housekeeeping to the beach "butlers" are extremely accommodating, polite, and pleasant!
Just come prepared to accumulate fees for wi-fi, towels, parking, etc.
Overall it is a terrific beach experience, close to nice shopping and services such as manicures, and the zoo.

I am working at the hotel for the next 2 1/2 weeks and have had a wonderful experience so far. All of the front desk staff have been stellar, but Danielle stands out. She is so helpful, thinking outside the box on how to run certain reports when things were not set up to run the reports the way they are needed.

She has suggested solutions to opportunities that have come up, she has made herself available late night and early morning for changes.

I recently stayed at your wonderful establishment as a new guest. I wanted to share my pleasant experience. Front the moment you arrived, greeted by a valet with welcome smile and the check in process was smooth and informational. Our room was very well equipped and spacious with a balcony overlooking the Gulf. Usually I have problems with hotel bed, but the bed there was very comfortable. . The ambiance was excellent, the pool and the beach area were great; the grounds are very well kept. Staff through the resort was attentive. Best vacation ever. I will definitely come back and also recommend your place to all my friends back home. Keep up the good work

Arrived to a lovely welcome by a very sweet receptionist. Got our room which was beautiful and clean - perfect
Big minus was:
Beach - you have to pay $30 for an umbrella plus tax- it was not included in the resort fee.
If you want water the staff at the beach bar are not too keen to give you any tap water. You need to buy it. So if you want to be on the beach for a few hours you need to buy lots of bottled water or bring your own One would think that a Hotel like this and star rating would supply the essentials- or at least include them in their resort fee - or at least make it clear prior to booking so that one can have a general idea of the costs involved.
Swimming pool- there are 2 sections
Adult only pool- which looked beautiful but only snag is that there were not enough seats for all the people. There were only a numbered amount of umbrellas. People reserve their seats with a towel
So the first day we couldn't get a seat by the pool and went to the beach instead- took the buggy as beach is a good 20 mins walk in the hot sun, got sun stroke as we didn't get an umbrella at beach - thought it to be a total cheak to ask for payment for an umbrella whilst charging $30 plus taxes resort fee.
The 2nd day we had to go earlier to the pool and managed to get a chair but we were in such close proximity to the other guests that it really didn't seem too appealing
Next day we went to the pool much later in the day which was better

Room Tip: We had room 804 which was partial sea view. Very beautiful

This place is fantastic! The staff is very friendly from the first moment of arrival. Everyone smiles and greets me everywhere around the resort. It's like I am part of their family. The rooms are really clean and the viees are spectacular. The food at the catch of the pelican was truly excellent. I cannot wait to visit this treasure again.

We recently stayed at the Naples Grande Beach Resort. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a giant water wheel in the lobby. The staff was friendly and seemed to go out of their way to help. Our room was absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views. The concierge Gina was extremely helpful, booking us a trip to the Everglades and offering recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.
