Great resort in awesome location. Amazing staff really knows how to take care of you. I loved the beach and as a Greek native I was impressed by the lamb gyro at the beach restaurant Rhodes End. The place is very l clean and the concierge knows all the best shopping nearby. Be sure to take a bike ride around the neighborhood.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The rooms are spacious and clean. The meeting space is centrally located and very convenient. I love that there is a separate adult pool and the beach is beautiful. What really sets this place apart though is the incredible staff. Every person I encountered seemed as if they truly had fun working here. It was contagious and I will return.

The stay here has been fabulous and I'm not even done. Wonderful beach, great service and I wanted to point out Andrew who helped me out to the beach and set my lounging equipment up. Very professional yet personable and went above and beyond. Would definitely come back. It's the service that can make or break a stay and this is a definite winner!!

Pros? - location: sufficiently close to to central Naples and at the same time next to mangrove preserve - mangrove walk starts next to hotel with frequent free shuttle to and from the beach for those who cannot or like not to walk the distance; excellent kind-of isolated beach with great sunset views and piles of shells; real alligators and a bunch of swamp tortoises in hotel's lake :); big zero entry family pool with fun waterslide, very enjoyable for (not only) small kids; beautiful generously-sized (465 sq.f./ ~43.2 sq.m) renovated signature room on 16th floor with breathtaking side views over bay and Naples, really huge balcony with sofa and armchair; very friendly and helpful staff (restaurant recommendations were spot on!) etc
Shortcomings? - balcony door (inexplicable how can you spend millions on renovations but miss such a simple thing that balcony sliding doors should actually slide to open and close rather than be forced to open or close with a lot of effort; my wife simply could not operate this door); lack of sun loungers near the pool and insufficient number of staff in pool area, struggling to cope with crowds; cost of loungers and umbrellas at the beach, well - ok, the loungers are 'free' but you cannot really avoid renting umbrella(s) as there is no other possibility to get some shade and they came at $35 apiece... Admittedly, the loungers and umbrellas at the beach are brand new, while those in the pool area still wait for replacement and are less comfortable.
Note that this is a fairly big resort hotel with convention facilities, so be ready to cope with big number of vacationers and business people having conferences over there.
Shortcomings aside we would love to return as positives for us greatly overweighted the negatives. And Naples was such a gem and discovery - soft sand beaches, serene manicured environment, great restaurants etc etc - for relaxation much better place than hectic Miami. We came for 2 nights and stayed another full day before moving on to Orlando, would plan for at least 3 or 4 nights next time.

My wife and I decided to take a mini vacation from busy Miami for the weekend...we always wanted to explore Floridas west coast and decided to book Naples Grande because of the reviews and rates. WOW, this is one of the best places we have stayed in years. The lobby, grounds and pool were in great condition...the size of the room is a plus...but what makes this hotel REALLY SPECIAL is their staff...from the guy at valet, to the friendly lobby employee...to our guy Dylan at the beach (thanks buddy!)...everybody went above and beyond their duties to make us feel welcomed...Will definitely come back in the summer with our kids and family!!!

I've been coming to this resort for the last 8 years and the experience just keeps getting better and better. It's always been a great hotel with attentive personnel and great location but with the recent renovations they made just put the property over the top. Top notch hotel with wonderful staff makes this hotel a must if you are visiting Naples fl.

Our family had three nights staying in a Signature room on the top floor Level 18 ( two Queens size beds) the room is very well equipped with a lovely bathroom and a very comfortable and clean bedroom. The view is amazing from the spacious balcony.
Our only one rather annoying episode was the countless number of mobile phone calls being made by some rather loud guests around the adult swimming pool, surely this should be banned to show respect and consideration to other fellow guests who may prefer a more tranquil setting. The use of noise cancelling headphones certainly helped not hearing the latest news regarding someone's Real Estate business deals etc.
This did not spoil a most enjoyable time and we will certainly would like to visit this hotel again when we next come across the pond. A thank you to all the staff for a most magnificent stay.

Room Tip: All rooms on the top floor level 18 have I imagine amazing views
