Great resort for a long or short stay. The adult pool is fabulous. The staff were all very friendly and eager to please. The restaurant "the catch" is absolute delicious and service was top notch. We had a great weekend getaway and plan to return soon.

So many great things to mention:

1) Beautiful and clean beach with clear water. The guys that run the chair rentals are very friendly and accommodating. Definitely one of my best times at the beach!

2) Love that there is a family pool and an adult pool (in case you don't enjoy getting splashed in the face by some kid learning to swim). There's a pool bar with a small menu for a light lunch or snack. Look for John the Pool Concierge, friendliest person ever and has great recommendations on restaurants, bars and just about anything else you ask him (Bonus: he will draw you a map on a cocktail napkin).

3) Great location! About 10 minutes from downtown Naples with walk-able streets of restaurants and shopping. Also, the way the hotel is set up, just about every room has a view of the ocean.

4) Full Spa that has Jacuzzi, wading pool, sauna, steam room and sun deck. Plus, you can use the amenities for the entire day of your spa treatment!

Only a couple downsides:

1) Getting in touch with someone to make a change to your reservation is extremely difficult. It took me almost half an hour of getting routed to different lines/people before I was finally connected with someone who told me that they couldn't actually make changes to my reservation, but they would since I told them how long I had been on the phone.

2) Had serious issues getting our room key to work in/out of the parking garage. Not sure if this was part of a grand scheme to get us to just use the valet, but we had to revisit the front desk 3 times before we found someone who was finally able to fix the issue.

Room Tip: Try and get as far away from the elevator as possible. Coastal rooms still have a view of the ocean...

Wanted to try a new golf resort in the Florida Area and we stumbled upon this resort online. There's not a lot of info on the resort or what it has to offer, neither when you check in or in the room. The concierge on Saturday had the personality of a napkin. The lovely lady on Sunday was much more helpful. Some of the bartenders by the pool also lacked service skills. However, service at the Pelican Catch and In-room dining was amazing. The rooms were clean, updates and the housekeeping did a lovely job. The balcony seating was relaxing and a great way to watch the sunset! The Adult Pool was a lovely Grecian-inspired area with attentive servers and a place to relax while away from our kids.
Food options were also not well explained, the book in the room was vague with the information.
The golf course, although a 5 mile drive away, was beautiful and the staff was exceptional. Overall it was a good experience, but I'm not sure we would re-visit. There is so much in Florda to try!

Service at the hotel is top notch, capped off by Dylan at the beach area, who was very helpful and provided some great local fishing advice. Can't go wrong at the grande. Local restaurants are terrific, especially Sea Salt and Campinellos. Would also suggest visiting Sanibel Island. We hit Bowmans Beach which was pristine.

Just checked in today, so far everything seems to be great. The walk to the beach is a little long, however, you can jump into a shuttle. When we got to the beach, we were welcomed by Andrew, which was great and showed us to the beach chairs. The check in process was quick and friendly. The greek restaurant at the beach was a little let down (not a real restaurant, and the service was not found)

We're over here from Boca for our honeymoon and everything has been great so far. Really didn't get to spend a lot of time with the staff except for Dylan down at the beach area, who had a nice walk and shared info and advice that was really helpful. We did not feel rushed or like just another customer, he took his time to help us and it made all the difference. I am from South Florida and I know this heat can be brutal, but to be able to help people all day long and lift heavy chairs and everything out in the sun, and still have the energy and positive attitude for excellent customer service, that's what matters. Those employees are the true face of your company, and Dylan is one of the best people you have. The resort is extremely clean, food is excellent, all around great honeymoon memories. Thanks Dylan and everyone else that helped us have a unique and memorable honeymoon. We will share our experience with our friends back on the east coast and we will definitely be back because of your great staff.
