“Very special place!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 4, 2012 via mobile

This is such an elegant restaurant. Truly a standout in an area with wonderful restaurants! Perfect for a special evening! The piano bar is charming with wonderful ageless music. Had the trout amandine and it was fabulous! My husband had the shrimp dish....huge! Key lime pie was outstanding! Service could not have been better! 5 stars is really not enough!

“Wonderful!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 30, 2012

This place was really special...our waiter was attentive and helpful without being obtrusive...all the wait staff assisted each other in harmony instead of just 'sticking to their own tables' ...many good sounding choices...my husband tried stone crabs for the first time and even tho they were good and presented nicely, they were not his favorite...I had the Grouper Ponchartrain...heavenly...my husband's side dish was Crab fried Rice (upcharge for this but soooo worth it)...that might have been my favorite part of the meal ...delicious. All positive!

Romantic feel to the place. The staff is extremely courteous. The owner is hands on and on top of things. Food was very good. Highly recommend Truluck's.

“One of the best restaurants in Naples.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 29, 2012 via mobile

Once you have your fill of tropical/Floridian themed restaurants in Naples, don't forget to try Truluck's. Ive eaten there twice, and both times have been exceptional. Great steaks, great seafood, great appetizers. It's fun to sit in the bar and have drinks and appetizers and listen to the wonderful piano player. His repertoire of songs are endless.
The atmosphere is romantic, dark, and classy. They are known for their Stone crab claws. However, I had their Sea bass and it was to die for. Others in my party had steak and it was also delicious.
The restaurant is located one block off of the popular Fifth Avenue South. Truluck's fronts 4th Ave., South; great location.

“Crab Cakes to die for!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 28, 2012

Love the food and the ambience, have always had very polite and pleasant service. The food is amazing, especially the crab cakes, and Jenny was our hostess the 1st night we went in, she noticed I was wearing a black skirt and the linens were white, after seating us at the table she brought a black dinner napkin over to me and I thought that was the most considerate, unprevoked gesture I'd ever seen in a restaurant. I guess it's the little things that make a super experience!
