I give Del-Mel an A+++. I have traveled to the Caribbean since 1966. Pauline knows the cuisine of the Cayman Islands as well as Jamaica. Jerk chicken and pork was excellent. She wouldn't give me a taste of her 'curried goat'...cause she said I had to come back to try it. Please try this fine establishment. Pauline actually sat with us and discussed 'Grand Cayman' in the better days. Be sure to ask for 'hot sauce'...Pauline makes it herself. IRIEEE'..
