“A great little spot...”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 12, 2013

My husband and I have gone to Marco Island for a one week anniversary trip 4 out of the last 5 years. We found Pelican Bend on our first trip and have gone back every year, sometimes more than once. It's a casual and quiet little place beside a small marina where you can watch pelicans dive and feed in the water. The staff are always very friendly and the food consistently very good.

You gotta try the greuben! It's a grouper reuben- on toasted pumpernickel and it is yummy! We mostly get the seafood baskets and sandwiches and have always been pleased with the quality, service and price. A good find!

“lettuce wedges”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 10, 2013

It is one of the nicest restaurants on the island. The wedge of lettuce and homemade garlic dressing is to die for. The fish is so fresh it is still swimming and the choice of food is wonderful. It is very busy so you have to get there early to get your name down on the waiting list. Would recommend this restaurant to any one. Also the key lime pie is out of this world

“Great seafood!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 25, 2013

Nor far from Marco Island. Great seafood at reasonable prices. Sauted fish was delish! Clams and fried fish fingers very good, too.

“Great food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 25, 2013

Great food and wonderful people serving it. The prices are good and if you enjoy peanut butter pie don't miss out on this one here. It's just great. the wife and I we always get the signature dish (white fish) but anything on the menu is good. so don't go to Naples or Marco with out a trip to Pelican bend and ask for Capt. mike to serve you.

“Good food and reasonable prices”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 23, 2013

We enjoyed our meal. The crab cakes are thin and look over cooked. Some like them and some don't. My catch of the day was delicious as were my wife's scollops. The wedge salad is large and the house dressing is wonderful. We had the chowder and were amazed at the size of the serving and the taste. A chowder and wedge salad would be a prefect lunch.
