this is a very nice hotel. We stayed over the christmas holiday and found the hotel clean, and the staff very friendly. The staff recomended several great places to eat. The morning breakfast was good and hot. This is a family friendly hotel.

My wife and I stayed here on our first night in the states. It was booked before we left in Australia. It was way above our expectations - Happy hour with free drinks and nibbles, desk clerk was extremely helpful and a great hot breakfast. We also used their internet station and gym with no problems.
Room was large with separate kitchen, lounge and desk. Clean hotel with the only problem being that the room could have done with an airing. I felt that someone had smoked in it before we arrived.

The hotel was most pleasent with a free hot breakfast very helpful staff and nice rooms. Very convienent to the beach a really nice place

This hotel is a dump. I rented a non smoking room that had ashes all over the floor and the dresser next to the bed. On two separate mornings, the alarm clock in the room next to mine went off at 5:30 am and the front desk staff DID NOTHING ABOUT IT. When I asked them to correct the situation, the managers never even returned my call. The staff are rude, and the guests look like displaced Hurricane Katrina refugees. Stay elsewhere.
