Recently stayed 10 nights here and had a great stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and nice although there isn't any rentals available on the TV, although there are most channels so it's not really a problem. The staff are extremely friendly and polite, as well as in the restaurant (Shula's Steakhouse) where everyone is very professional and friendly. The complimentary beach gear (umbrella, chairs, cooler and towels) is very useful and good, and they also have complimentary bikes if you wish. They also have a complimentary regular beach shuttle which would have been useful except we chose to drove. Naples however should be noted is a quiet place, its seems well populated with wealthy retirees, so as young people there wasn't a great deal to do there.

Finally, Shula's have great steaks, however to eat in the evening there was very expensive, with items that are on the room service menu not appearing on the downstairs normal menu. As such often we'd choose to eat upstairs in the evening, although it should be noted perhaps you can order the more affordable dishes if you choose to eat in the bar but I'm not sure on this.

Finally, this hotel is so comfortable I would say if you are going to Naples you should definately stay here, it is so close to the beaches this should not be an issue in this.

The hotel is great, the staff is very accommodating and the atmosphere is just pleasant. They set you up to go to the beach with chairs, towels and even water in a cooler. I would recommend take your own towel if you like the thicker ones like I do. The room was nice, the beds great and the pillows amazing. We also enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi. I went with my mom and sister for an overnight stay just to get away for a little bit and we were all pleased with the hotel experience. The only thing I would improve is to make the continental breakfast available to everyone for no additional cost. Still, that would not keep me away and each time I come back to Naples you will probably find me at the Hilton.

Our stay at the Hilton was awesome. The staff at this hotel is the best we have ever experienced. Hope, at the concierge desk, will do whatever it takes to make your stay perfect. She loves her job and it certainly shows in the way she treats every hotel quest. Chris, our server, at Shulas was not only excellent at his job but was very informative about the area. The beaches in the area are beautiful. We will definitely be returning!

If I had one word to descirbe Paige Simpson it would be AMAZING!!! She was attentive to my needs as well as the needs of my parents. She gave her honest opinion when I asked for it in a polite way. She knew everything and everybody in town that has to do with weddings! My parents were freaking out about me planning my wedding, but once they met Paige my father said, "the only reason I am letting you have your wedding here is because I trust Paige... she really knows what she is doing." That is said from my father, a business manager for 20 years and a business consultant for another 15 whose job was to go in to large corporations (NCR, ATT, Texas Instruments) and tell them how to help their business' run more efficiently by evaluating their management skills and the effectiveness and efficiency of their employees. Needless to say, I had a fun childhood with dad, but I always knew that he would help me be the best I could be. I can always trust his opinion... like Paige, they both will tell me what I need to know to make my own decision about what is best!

There are no words to express the level of gratitude we have for Paige for all the love and support she showed my husband and I. Her hard work and experience really made our dream come true. Sure my ring bearer (1 and a half years old) fell on the way down the aisle, and my husband pulled off the wrong garter off my leg to throw, but there is nothing I would change about our wedding day. It was more wonderful than I could have ever imagined... mainly because as a bride I was all over the place... I had no idea how many decisions and different choices that needed to be made when planning a wedding. I told Paige my vision and she made it possible, she went through every step and tiny detail that needed discussed and made it happen. She even helped plan my ceremony, even though it was not at the Hilton. She made my wedding the best. She is like family to us know. I had so many people recommending Paige throughout the wedding planning process... I had to already tell them that she was our wedding planner! A colleague at work told me, a high school student I coach, one of my bridesmaids, and a girl I went to high school with.

Overall, Shulas Steakhouse had amazing food. The workout center was brand new, but small. The executive level breakfast was convenient and good. However, without being on beachfront property, the Hilton does not have much of a bargaining tool for getting people to have their events there. When people come to Naples they want to do the beach. Paige can make miracles happen anywhere she goes. She will make the beach seem a complimentary instant away from the hotel. The Hilton is lucky to have Paige Simpson.
