“Fun hidden family run business with each dinnner cooked as you order.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 19, 2013

We happened upon this hidden gem while out shopping. The homeaide sigh they were cutting up in the back had me sold upon entry. We ordered house pizza by the slice, available lunch to 4, and a 12" philly cheese steak. The thin crust pizza was heavenly and we will go back for pizza for sure. The sandwich was a bit dry but we asked for more cheese and the service wad outstanding. Granted we did get there about 3:30 so we basically had the place to ourselves. The veggies on top of the pizza had been freshly grilled and added piping hot. We brought home a menu and saw they also deliver which is great in south Naples. Salad bar with homeaide soups looked good but we didn't try it. All in all a very pleasant dining experience at a reasonable price. Try this quaint place out!

“Over priced.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 2, 2012 via mobile

Not to say that Alvino's is a horrible place, but the juice is certainly not worth the squeeze. The pizza is good but not worth $30 for a large. I have had better pizza to be honest.

“What a little gem we discovered!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 10, 2012 via mobile

We needed a quick place with good food for a family of 6 (with 4 kids between 13 and 4. They were very friendly, food was great and the pizza by the slice is quite a value. The slice was bigger then their heads!

“VERY EXPENSIVE!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 8, 2012

We ordered two medium pizza's one red one white with tomato and garlic. Although the pizza's were really good it cost $36.00 for two medium pizza's. Maybe that's the going rate in Naples, but from where I'm from, you could get 4 large pizza's for that price. And just as good!

“Pizza = watery (good crust though)”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed May 6, 2012

Had a quick slice of pizza here. The crust itself was pretty nice, crispy but not burnt. The cheese and tomato sauce though, was very runny. Made for a not so great pizza. We were the only ones there, so it might have been old pizza, so getting a fresh full pizza from here might work out better.
