“Cannot beat it for the price!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 17, 2013

We stayed here for four nights and had a very nice experience. While not a luxury hotel, we thought it delivered excellent value for the price. We paid about $76 per night (AAA rate) - for two beds, free breakfast and free wi-fi. Very importantly, the hotel is immaculately clean (which is pretty much number one on my list of things I care about!). The staff was nice.

Yes, the pool is a little small but it was fine for our needs as it was not crowded at all. The hotel also rents beach chairs - $2.50 for two chairs! The beach is only a few miles away. The hotel is also very convenient to Venetian Village. Being located on rt 41 everything you need is close by. Olde Naples is about a ten minute drive.

We stayed at the Inn of Naples April 9-12, 2013. My husband was concerned that it was on busy Rte 41 which might make noise an issue. However once we drove in, it was like an oasis. The staff was very welcoming and check-in went quickly. Our room was a 1 bedroom with skyline views. It was spacious and very clean. The living area had a sofa and chair that were very comfortable, a large flat screen TV, and desk area. We were pleasantly surprised to see the refrigerator, sink and microwave. The bedroom was spacious with a king-sized bed, dresser, and closet, also a full-length mirror. The bathroom was set up with sink and dressing area separate from the tub/shower and toilet. There was a safe as well. We found breakfast to be well stocked with a variety of fruit, bagels, toast, yogurts, cereals, hard boiled eggs, and even a Belgian waffle maker, more than enough to get us off to a good start. The pool is not huge, but there are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas if you need a break from the Florida sun. We did not use the exercise room but chose to walk the many shopping areas and beautiful beach for exercise. We had a wonderful time at the Inn of Naples and plan to return as soon as possible, great accommodations and service at a very fair price.

Inn of Naples delivers good value in a very plain package. Rooms are immaculate and good size although dated (suite had a CRT TV in bedroom). Ammenities are spartan...fitness room is basically a treadmill and the pool is small. The free breakfast was disappointing....less choices than a Hilton Garden or Hampton Inn. Fresh fruit.....1 choice - oranges. There was always something that hadn't been re-stocked (4 breakfast serial choices in the dispenser and raisin bran was empty). The service staff were very friendly and efficient. I needed a new room key....accommodated in a flash. Wifi was easy to access and accessible from everywhere in the hotel. Convenient location....short 10 minute ride to 5th Avenue shops and restaurants.

Net-net: There was absolutely nothing wrong with the Inn of Naples and there was nothing exceptional either except for the price!

Room Tip: Suite had a microwave and mini fridge. Bought fruit and brought it to breakfast.

Thank you for a clean, quiet, spacious, great location of a stay. We come here for a quick weekend getaway from the other coast and to visit Trader Joes! We really appreciated the upgrade and count on a consistent stay each time we come. The breakfast in the morning and 24/7 coffee/tea is a nice touch. The staff is always helpful and does not mind th craziness of our little one.

This is a relatively inexpensive, beautifully located property in Naples. This hotel is not exciting, but it is superb for the price. It is clean, well decorated, has a pool, a small exercise room and free breakfast.

I was staying at the Waldorf when I got to town. As I'm here to attend to a sick relative, I've to "settle in" and, while the Waldorf is nice, it is FOUR times more expensive.

I would not come to the Inn of Naples as a destination in and of itself. That said, it is absolutely perfect for my needs on this trip and I recommend it highly.

It is nice to hear that to moved from the Waldorf to the Inn Of Naples. Even though we do not compete with the Waldorf, the Inn is as you say, clean, comfortable and a great value for the price. Thanks for the review.
Sincerely,
Sue - G.M.

This is my fourth stay. This is not a chain and you will be aware of this. The staff is the best, always ready to accommodate their guests. Management could not be better. The Inn is in very clean and nicely maintained.

The Inn has many international visitors and is in many ways nicer than the typical
hotel. There is a level of decorum here is very satisfying. It is a great place to relax on your balcony, overlooking the pool or at poolside.
North of the Inn are some interesting places. Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park is a
large public beach featuring native trees and plants and is a wonderful place to experience the Gulf of Mexico. Unusually good seafood restaurants, some harbor side. My favorite is The Dock at Crayton Cove pictured around the interior of the Inn. I LOVE this place!

Dear Sumerlin 23,
What a nice review. Thanks. The pictures of the Dock at Crayton Cove were done by a local artist who is married to one of our employees. We feel it is all a part of our homey feeling here at the Inn. Hope you will visit again soon.
Sincerely,
Sue - G.M.
