“First time eating at Noodle Saigon”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 15, 2013

Dinned there on a sat, 3 weeks ago. Lemme just say - peaceful atmosphere, fabulous pho and spring rolls are awesome. Request laura, she suggested pan fried crepes and of course they were outstanding! All in all a lovely experience, not to many vietnamese restaurants in Naples, though i have had my share in the metro areas. This one is above par.

“Offensive”

The waitress chased me outside when I was alone apart from my party of eight and asked me why I only tipped her ten percent at lunch and preceded to tell me that it wasn't enough because she made 4$ an hour..furthermore the food was not what was expected. My first visit there a year ago was better.

This place is right across the street from Germaine toyota ,, blink and you miss it .. I recomend that you dont .. i eat here 3-5 times a month. Yu-sun, Lora ,& Kim 3 wonderfull waitresses that will make u feel like your the most important person in the restaurant .. i start with the Gỏi cuốn and its refreshing ,,lite,,very tasty.. dip it in the tương xào sauce ,and i swear i hear Angels singing "Hallelujah" well maybe Leonard Cohen ..YEAH THERE THAT GOOD !!! And then the "PHO" meat on the side, thai basil,, lime ,,jalapeno ,& beansprouts, now your the mixologist !! i get my meat in to start cooking,, add all of the Basil pick it appart ,,squeeze the limes ,, add n remove the Jalapeno just for a little heat..then half the bean sprouts ,, a quick squeeze of hoisin and a dash of hot sauce i like sambal just ask for it .. mix rice noodles and stuff with chop sticks ,and Now you will know What HEAVEN is going to taste like ,, notes of Saigon cinnamon ,,star anise,,ginger & fennel explode in your mouth. the noodles reminds you of you childhood as you slurp them up,and yes i said slurp .. now i recomend you wear dark colored shirt ,, you'll thank me later ..top it of with a ice tea .. by the time you finish, you cant wait for your next visit ... so many great thing on jays menu (the owner & chef ) you have to come back .. “Not that good (Vietnamese) food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 18, 2013

I am of Vietnamese descent and was not pleased. We had a very annoying sever who was borderline rude. When given feedback after being asked repeatedly how we liked our food, the response was defensive and condescending. In all fairness, we did not order much noodles (which is their name.) I ordered traditional Vietnamese (other than noodle) dishes including fish and it was so fishy, my family couldn't eat it. Judging from other reviewers and friends who have eaten there before, we should have stuck with noodle dishes. Willing to give it another try; perhaps with another server and another day, it would be different....

“Great Restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 29, 2013 via mobile

We found this restaurant quite by accident, but thankful that we did find it. Staff is very attentive, food is excellent and price is good. Best kept secret in town.
