If you're planning a trip to Mt. Dora, look no further! Every year, the women in my family set out for a weekend of fun, relaxation and adventure. And this year, we found everything we were looking for at the Magnolia Inn. From the very first minute we stepped onto the property, Connie and Lori made us feel welcome. We were given a grand tour of this beautiful historic home (built in 1926) and then shown to our rooms, where we quickly unpacked and walked 2 blocks into the historic district of Mt. Dora. Connie had given us great dining and shopping recommendations, along with information on upcoming festivals and local excursions. At the inn, coffee and cookies greeted us whenever we returned "home" after a day of shopping and dining. Breakfast is served daily at the inn, and it was one of the highlights of our trip! Connie and Lori are excellent cooks! The only thing that could've possibly been better than their cooking, was their hospitality. Staying at the Magnolia Inn felt like a warm hug. What a gem!
