when we got to the hotel at 4 in the afternoon they told me my reservation was canceled because i did not make it there by 3 that being said, i still needed a room so instead of them finding one on there computer they had me go to this lil closet with a computer to make another reservation very weird but ok, then when we get to the room NOT very clean lots dirt on the carpet behind the night stand not hard to miss, and keep having to kill lil bugs on the night stand,(STARTING TO FREAK OUT ABOUT THE BUGS) my sister trying to make like there fruit flis not to sure, just made sure the bed was bug free before i got in it, i could go on but all i can say is this is not the place.

Stayed here one night before and one night after our cruise. The building is old but clean. The rooms are small and need upgrades but for a nights stay, its average. The price is great considering everything in Miami is expensive. It is NOT close to any shopping or sightseeing but there is a McDonalds and a Subway within a few blocks. One added benefit to staying here was the shuttle service to the port for cruisers. We had to pay $10.00 for the service to get back to the hotel after our cruise but it was worth it. The pool was nice too after a long flight. DON'T ever book the "City Tour" by Xpedition that they may offer. It is bogus! It is suppose to be a 4 hour tour with stops to take pictures with a cost of $55.00. Our tour ended up being 1hour and 45 minutes because the driver made so many stops to "recruit" other passengers for the tour. This was brought to the managers attention once we made it back to the hotel too. As of today, there is still no resolution to this problem. All and all, this isnt a bad place to stay and I would stay again for future visits to Miami, I will just avoid any tour packages if offered.

We had a great experience here.
We had time to kill so we sat at the bar. Our bartender Yesenia was very nice and friendly. She also made great drinks!
The hotel was nice- clean and everyone was very accommodating!

Nothing special but fit the bill. The complimentary shuttle from the airport was not the easiest to find (note however it was complimentary). Going back in the morning was much easier. The room was barren at best. One lamp did not work, there was only one hand towel and face towel and no bath mat and the tub was in need of some new caulking and the television was circa 1980. Definitely nothing special, but if you are looking for good value, close to the airport and just for the night this is the place. Smoky lobby bar on site not bad if you just want a quick beer after a long day. Great restaurants within walking distance.

It's an older place that was clean and comfortable. I would stay again for sure. If you want fancy, it isn't your place, but it was perfect for me. Also...free wifi, free shuttle from airport, and free shuttle to cruise terminal....all included in the budget price. And, my bed was very comfortable unlike other budget places I have been.
