This is the furthest thing from a hotel that I have ever seen. The check in process was awful, only one person working the front desk and didn't seem to have anyone's reservations. Very sketchy people walking in and around the "hotel". We got to our room which was nothing like the website shows, a shoebox at best. Stains on the carpet, damaged furniture, rust all over the out dated and trashy looking bathroom. Human "hair" on the toilet seat and the room smelled moldy. We ate at the "express cafe" which was an experience in itself. The food was brought out wrong and instead of offering to replace the waitress simply set it on the table and said "sorry" and walked off. Not to mention the rest of the meal was not edible. Basically paid $22 for pop and 2 snickers between me and my husband. We stayed in the room for a max of 45 minutes before decided to call another hotel and pay nearly twice as much. Upon check out we were told they could not issue a refund until the manager got in the next morning. We promptly called and were told the manager was busy and would call us back. We have tried 4 different times being told the same story each time. We have filed a dispute with the Days Inn corp. to try and get our money back. Worst experience we have ever had.
