“STAY AWAY!!”

This is the furthest thing from a hotel that I have ever seen. The check in process was awful, only one person working the front desk and didn't seem to have anyone's reservations. Very sketchy people walking in and around the "hotel". We got to our room which was nothing like the website shows, a shoebox at best. Stains on the carpet, damaged furniture, rust all over the out dated and trashy looking bathroom. Human "hair" on the toilet seat and the room smelled moldy. We ate at the "express cafe" which was an experience in itself. The food was brought out wrong and instead of offering to replace the waitress simply set it on the table and said "sorry" and walked off. Not to mention the rest of the meal was not edible. Basically paid $22 for pop and 2 snickers between me and my husband. We stayed in the room for a max of 45 minutes before decided to call another hotel and pay nearly twice as much. Upon check out we were told they could not issue a refund until the manager got in the next morning. We promptly called and were told the manager was busy and would call us back. We have tried 4 different times being told the same story each time. We have filed a dispute with the Days Inn corp. to try and get our money back. Worst experience we have ever had.

Room Tip: There are no good rooms here.

this was a stopover between flights. the shuttle bus system (for all hotels not just this one) is chaotic. you stand anywhere and flag the right bus down, providing you have spotted the sign on the right bus before it drives by, if you havnt then you have another hour wait. the hotel itself is amongst a strip of other airport hotels and fast food places. very tired, old dated and worn and dirty carpets, walls etc. the room itself was an ok size. but again dirty walls needing several decent coats of paint, dirty tired carpet. bed was fine and clean. bathroom again very tired and dated making it look dirty. i was too tired to complain and suspected that all the rooms would be similar. $100 inc tax per night extremely poor value. not recommended at all.

The wife and I stayed here on Jan 11th. On a layover. Most of the major hotels were booked. So we had to choose this hotel. It was at least close to the airport. You can't even call this place a hotel. It is an very old motor lodge. After checking in and getting our room. The phone did not work, so I called the front desk and was told someone would be there to fix it very soon. Well no one ever showed up after two calls. The bed a mini king had a and was so terrible my side sunk in so bad I could barely roll over. The toilet after we flushed it ran so loud every 2 minutes. It would drive you crazy. The couple in the next room fought all night. I called to complain, to deaf ears. REALLY. We would have been better to sleep in the airport or in a park bench. The place is so old and dated for 110.00 a night. The morning manager only offered us a free breakfast. Not a refund. Well Day's Inn will never bet my business again. STAY AWAY from this dump if you are ever in Miami.

Do not stay here! It was so rundown and shabby. The location was poor. We did it to park and cruise.
