This hotel was terrible. The rooms are dirty and old. The maid service is absolutely horrible as well as the front desk. We were scheduled to stay at this hotel for a week, but checked out after two nights. Don't waste you money or time.

tried to check in at 3.00pm and the wholwe place was booked with late checkouts from previous night, was told they had moved me to the golf club, lots of luggage, no porter and unhelpful staff. Eventually told I could check in at 6.30 pm after having to wait 3 hours in reception, was at the front of an angry line of disgruntled people. Rooms old and damp with very noisy a/c, shuttle service between the 2 site ( less than 1 mile) didnt run, a bad bad experiece. Avoid !!

This is my second stay at this pit. As a required company required hotel Here I am again. The hotel has gone further downhill. When I checked in I was given a Double Double room right across from the pool pump house, noisey is not the word. The noise of the equipment was loud enough to wake me up when the automatic room AC went off (yes, the AC turns itself off if there is no movement in the room, you know like when you sleep!)

I complained and was moved to another room. This room is better but the ROACHES do come out at night to play. What the roaches dont get the housekeeper does. I had food and drinks in the fridge and came back to find that they had helped themselves. I know this because I do not use lipstick that was left on the water bottle.

When I spoke to the manager (on the phone, not on premise) he told me that they do not have that problem. It was funny that the front desk clerk had just mistaken me for another guest that had other property stolen, OOPS!

Stay away from this one, I wish I could!

This hotel is not worthy of the 3 1/2 star rating given by expedia. The hotel is over priced, old, shabby and in serious need of renovation. It will take you a long time to check in and you will be lucky if reception answer phone calls from your room. The rooms smell of damp and the gap around the door means that you will share anything going on in the corridor. The pool was dirty, unheated and stray cats wander through. The so called executive rooms are a bit better than the standard as they have a sitting area but are still in need of updating. The restuarant associated with the golf course looks good but is expensive. The restaurant at the near by hotel is cheaper but the food is of a poor standard and we waited 30mins for the shuttle bus to arrive. would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
