We were there on a business trip this past week. The location on the beach was very nice, but overall the resort feels tired. The rooms were quite large and the beds were very comfortable. Better attention to cleaning both in-room and hallways/public areas needs to be improved. Our food was good, but the food and banquet team need more direction to deliver a "crisp" experience. The majority of employees were very friendly, and the hotel is not too far from the South Beach area (about an $10.00 cab ride). The gym looked very new and well maintained.
