“Busy but very nice!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 7, 2013

We stayed over NYE 2013 with our 1 year old son, and had a wonderful time! The hotel is in an amazing location and is very well kept. We were upgraded to suite which had an amazing view, and was wonderful for the baby. We did not eat at any of the restaurants or bars at the hotel, but they looked fine.
Although no Miami beach hotels are IDEAL on NYE with a baby, this one was great, and we'd def do it again!

“Great Hotel - Fantastic breakfast”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 7, 2013

Was there on business in November 2012.

Great hotel and staff. The property and numerous pools are superb. Access to the beach is close and easy.

I basically wanted to write this review to mention that the breakfast was fantastic compared to other hotels in the same category.

“enjoyable, nice stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 5, 2013

Stayed for two nights in a the ocean tower with a really nice ocean view room! Room was large and very clean. Only complaint is that the lighting in the hallway and bathroom is very, very dim; and no real door for added privacy...otherwise it was a very enjoyable experience lodging wise.
Ate both days lunch at Cabana; which was very, very good and the staff was wonderful!!
If in the area again we would most likely stay here again. My only negative was that I contacted the manager and front desk manager prior to our stay for a request for a room that was not on a high level and yet upon check in they had us booked on the 18th floor (my husband is afraid of heights); which was not ready for our check in so I requested a lower floor and the front desk lady who checked us in did some checking and found us a lower level room and surprise!! it was ready for us to check in... All in all we had a great visit here and would recommend this hotel to those that are looking for a relaxing resort on the beach with elegant decor.

“Magnificent Hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 4, 2013

My wife and I spent two nights at the Eden Roc. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Our room had a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and we enjoyed eating breakfast on the large balcony. Our room had an extremely comfortable king bed, the room was large and the bathroom was really nice and spacious. The hotel is also within walking distance of good kosher restaurants on 41st Street.
Only negative: Valet parking is expensive at around $40 per day.

“Fantastic property”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 4, 2013

We stayed at the Eden Roc during Art Basel in early December and had a wonderful stay. We arrived a little bit early and were greeted by a wonderful front desk attendent who provided us with a room. The room was clean, large and had a fantastic view of the Ocean. The property is large, with a great beachfront and a comfortable set of pools around the property. We enjoyed a casual lunch and drinks sitting outside in the cafe right on the beach.

Breakfast was included with our stay and the breakfast was a full offering of anything you could want. There were plenty of foods laid out to eat, you could also have omelets, pancakes and waffles made to order.

I've stayed at a number of properties in Miami Beach, normally a little bit closer to South Beach but would certainly come back. The hotel is close enough to the nightlife without being right in it. Great location, great service, highly recommend.
