Stayed here for a weekend... The hotel is right on the beach and convenient to shopping but be warned, if you're a light sleeper, book a room on the North side of the hotel as there is a new building being constructed to the south...We had a one bedroom suite and it was more than adequate... The bathroom is large with two sinks, a seperate shower and whirlpool bath...There is also a full kitchen... Overnight parking is $20 per night... FYI, this is a residential/hotel, so the services are not what you might expect at a 4 star hotel... My only major complaint was that upon check-in at 9:30 pm, I realized I needed another blanket and pillows.. I called guest services at 10:45pm and was told, " sorry, not at this hour" - I thought it was a hotel!?! I paid 259 per night which is not a bad price at this time of year, but would not stay here again until the summer months or if the prices dip down below $200, if I really need/want to stay in this area. Otherwise, there are many other hotels I would prefer as a first choice along Miami Beach which are further south, but away from the South Beach crowd...BTW, the bed is very comfortable( if you like soft beds), so I really don't know what the last reviewer was talking about, although they are right about the sleeper sofa... Didn't try room service or the restaurant, The View, since we cooked our own food which was a good bonus for us!
