From the moment we arrived to Fontainbleau we were greeted with a welcoming staff. Prior to our arrival, my friends worked with the staff to surprise me by decorating our room for my milestone birthday. My husband also sent champagne & strawberries to our room & it was all executed beautifully by the Fontainbleau staff. Our entire stay far exceeded our expectations. I won't bore you with details but I'll share some highlights from our stay.

Jergen, from Michael Mina was a delight & helped make our first night pre-fixe dinner incredible & fun. The food was immaculate.
The manager Matt also helped in making us feel very welcomed into their amazing establishment.
The bartenders by the pool, Yvonne, Journey & Angel went beyond their call of duty with their attention to detail with beautiful berries in cider beers, delicious Miami Vice cocktails & pure love into every cocktail they made!!

The nightlife at LIV was exceptional on both Sat & Sun nights. ONE HUGE TIP- take advantage of one of their Concert Series with a pre-fixe dinner & open bar. We paid $115 for our dinner at Michael Mina, the Capital Cities concert (we only knew one song and are now obsessed) & a 2 hr open bar. This was a STEAL!!!!

You can't go wrong with your stay at the Fontainbleau...it will be worth every penny!

From the moment I pulled up, this place was wonderful! The valet, Ralph, was pleasant and professional. The woman at th front desk whose name I forgot was accommodating. Everyone smiles at you as you walk by and they're helpful in answering questions. I'd absolutely come back.

My husband and I just returned from a 6 night stay at Fontainebleau. It was everything we hoped our much needed vacation would be. Our oceanview room was upgraded to to our surprise by a sweet, smiley young lady named Sara, at the front desk. She gave us a corner suite, 32nd floor: The balcony view was breathtaking, amenities wonderful, the king size bed made for the deepest sleep I have had in months... and we found Sara's service to be consistent with the level of customer service throughout the resort- cheery and helpful. We felt like movie stars the whole time. The breakfast buffet was fantastic (hats off to Jamil the omelet maker and Diego our cheery waiter), pool side was a nice balance of relaxing and party... the top 50 music playlist bumping in the background from the 21+ plus pool. You can choose based on seating if you want to feel like you're in a music video or a family friendly getaway. If you don't want to leave the hotel, you don't have too…restaurants are great, pools are great, rooms are great…but if you want to explore we ventured to Mangos for salsa and dinner, rented jet skis beach side, hopped on a sunset bike ride using "citibikes" and even taxied to Little Havana for some cheap, tasty cuisine. We were a little surprised to find that service charges are included in every hotel bill (18%), and the restaurants are 4/5 star so the bills are steep. So set your expectations rightly (high) on pricing. Some helpful hints:
1. Good pool seating goes to the early bird, otherwise, you have to kinda keep an eye out for when someone poolside leaves.
2. Food is about 40% cheaper if you venture off the boardwalk/hotel strip
3. If you're not renting a car, UBER is a MUCH cheaper transit option than the local taxis
4. If you go to Little Havana, have a destination chosen before you go. Some pretty rough areas.

Recently one of my sisters attended a conference at the hotel from June 17th through June 20th. While she was in her meeting, my other sister and I went down to the beach and had requested a towel from one of the employees for the chairs and were told "we don't open till 10:00". Jordyn Maravilla, another employee on the beach, heard this and promptly came over to us, apologized for the inconvenience of the other employee, got us towels without any problem, and was very attentive to our stay on the beach. Jordyn checked back with us several times throughout his shift without being annoying or interrupting our fun. At the end of his shift, he introduced us to Darius, who would be taking over for him and made sure that Darius understood he was to take care of us with the same style and class that Jordyn did. Jordyn is the kind of employee that my sister wanted to hire on the spot. We would gladly stay here again just because of Jordyn. This is an employee the Fountainbleau should cultivate and take pride in. Thank you JORDYN MARAVILLA for making our stay at the Fountainbleau OUTSTANDING. It is refreshing when the younger generation is eager, but genuinely helpful, in satisfying a Guests needs. He noticed that the little things matter to a Guest and made us feel like family.

Room tip: Bay side or ocean side, either way great view.
