I visited Fontainebleau in late June, 2015, this was both a business and personal trip. Overall stay was good. Rooms clean, plenty of activities going on, friendly pool side staff. The valet service, not so great. They really could work on the process around the delivery of your vehicle.
However, two staff members made the difference for me and all guest in my party. A gentleman by the name of Lito, works in the front outside near the conference entrance. Great service, friendly, informative, incredibly helpful, professional and driven. Loved his energy.
The other staff member really wowed us with amazing service, attitude and professionalism This young man is JORDYN MARAVILLA. We came out to the beach a little before 10:00 AM. Other contract beach staff for the hotel were not friendly, made no attempt to make our vacation everything we wanted it to be. Is that not the point of vacation.
JORDYN MARAVILLE, STEPPED UP THE GAME. How refreshing to see someone young, well rounded, professional and understand the importance of caring about his job and what is actions, facial and body language, tone and mannerisms can do for the experience of his clients/customers/guest. WOW, WOW, WOW!! Not only is he amazing, JORDYN, introduced the young man, Darius taking over his shift to all his guest and ensured we were in good hands. Darius was pretty awesome too. But no JORDYN.
