“Best Stay Experience Ever!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 4, 2012

There is not enough room to rave about the Fountainebleau Hotel, its amenities, its cleanliness, and its ever-attentive and helpful staff. I felt pampered and cared for in a way I had not experienced in other hotels. Every person on staff is tuned-in to your needs and even anticipate them in a way not felt in other hotels. Staff was never intrusive, only aware and on standby to assist in unbelievable ways. I look forward to my next stay with excited anticipation!

Room Tip: If possible, I recommend a ocean view room. Enjoying coffee on your private patio overlooking the oc...

I stayed at the Fontainebleau a few weeks ago and had the best time there! The atmosphere is one of a kind. The nightlife was spectacular. The hotel has so many activities for the guests if they choose to do that and at the same time it is so relaxing. I would definitely return. I would also give A LOT of credit to Geovany Medrano for the amazing experience. He helped so much and the services he provided were wonderful. He was very professional and made me feel extremely comfortable and appreciated in the hotel!

My recent trip for a girls weekend was great. This is our third year going somewhere and the trip to The Fontainebleau was the best. The manager Eli made the trip absolutely perfect. He is the best thing to happen to this hotel. He is so attentive to all the guests that you feel like you are a VIP. We are definitely going back.

Room Tip: Get an Ocean view, just perfect.

I went to this hotel due to my husband passed away. I need to relax so bad. I enjoy every minute in the hotel. Food are great. I went to La Cote every day for lunch. Service is excellent. Very Clean pool and rooms. I am very pick in terms of cleanness and i have no issue about that. I spend 3 nights and it was beautiful. I love the Bleau Bar and the music just was nice. I know price wise is a little bit expense but pays for your comfort.

Room Tip: The room on 14 floor - Chateau building is very quiet.

This is not a family hotel. This is not a boutique hotel. It's not cute. It's not cuddly.... But....

It's great for what it was obviously designed for. It's a massive hotel that takes ages to walk around and is pretty expensive - but for a place to have a MASSIVE amount of fun in high quality surroundings this is the place for you.

It's all about the beach, Arkadia pool parties, Liv nightclub.

With a raucous group of idiot men behaving like 12yr olds in the pool and the nightclubs, the staff were courteous, firm, but looked after us with a smile on their face and always understood that we were there to have a laugh.

You can't get away from the fact that the place is designed for stag/hen/bachelor parties, but it's done in a very good way and although it's not cheap, mits definitely worth it.

You have to got to Liv and Arkadia and the pool party with a cabana is certainly expensive, but also great fun.

Top tip....pay a fixer to help you jump queues and reserve tables. They are worth it, and make you feel like a VIP.

Room Tip: Stayed in Versailles which is a bit of a walk, but no problem. When checking out grab help with a re...

I recently stayed at the Fontainebleu Miami Beach for a long weekend with a friend. Though the property is beautiful, the food is good, and the service top notch, this hotel definitely caters more to one crowd during the weekend . . . the 20-30 year old party crowd . . . The music is so loud it borders on being obnoxious . . . inside the hotel as well as out . . . We found it difficult to have a conversation without having to shout at each other . . . And why is it that only one type of music is played at the hotel during the weekend? Why doesn't the hotel "mix it up" to accommodate all tastes? . . . the other thing we found to be irritating was the "sensored" mini bar . . . We had no idea there was a "20" second rule . . . keep an item off it's designated place on the bar longer than that and it's yours . . . Whether you wanted it or not . . . the hotel might consider a better display of this policy in the rooms instead of discovering this surprise upon checkout . . . will not be returning . . . would not recommend to families with young children.
