I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and it was the worst hotel I have ever been in! The worst shower I ever took. The guys at the front desk are nice but the rooms are small, there was a bad smell in the Holloway and the shower is bad.
Definitely not gonna come back again . the location is good but far away from ocean Dr.

I stayed there once before but now having been there a 2nd time I wont be going back for a third time..Parking they used to reimburse you but now you are on your own. Fighting for parking with the Beach crowd at normal city parking rates,1 dollar per hour between 8 am-6 pm. Continental breakfast, hmmmmm...1 elevator from the 50's, it was easier to take the stairs. Location across from the Beach was good but other then that, there isn't anything to make me want to go back. Rooms were musty/ damp and outdated... In the hallways they made repairs to the wall by putting plywood over the walls and painting them.
Good luck, to each his own.

Room Tip: rooms looking east towards the ocean might be better if you plan on staying there,

I really like the place but i have to really think about to coming here back again! The rooms are very bad and the good times are long time over.........staff was very friendly like always and it would be a very good review because of the location if the rooms are better!

The hotel is on a great location. It's right across from the beach. There's public, which I was fine with because the pricing was reasonable. Free 6pm-8am, and 1 dollar per hour on the rest of the hours. The room is very small and basic. It smells musty. The bathroom is like a shoe box. The bed sheets and curtains need some upgrade asap. They look like from the 1970's. I was not able to sleep this morning because they were doing some drilling on the side of the building and we could hear it in the entire room. I find the pricing very expensive for the conditions this hotel is in. We are also out of electric power for a couple of hours already. The front desk personnel is great. Michael greatest us as we arrived and was very friendly. Overall, I could've done better finding another hotel. Now I know for next time.

Location is perfect since is right across the beach but is not a good area. Some people even asked for money at the corner behind the hotel. Their decoration is very 50's-60's, I though the Kennedys were going to walk down the stairs. This hotel DOES NOT HAVE PARKING. Outdoor parking means City of Miami parking, which means you have to pay a quarter for every 15 minutes to the meter or use the machine (takes mayor credit cards) from 8am to 6pm. There always was a parking authority guy waiting to give tickets. The parking spots in front of the hotel floods when it rains. The morning front desk lady is ALWAYS on the phone on a personal call and texting on her phone. The bar/restaurant bar is good and their personel is very friendly.
