We enjoyed our 3 nights at Circa 39 in Miami. The beach was across the street and the sand & water was excellent...was able to use the chairs and umbrellas. The boardwalk was amazing. Hotel was clean, bed was comfy and the staff were excellent and very friendly. I would recommend this place.

We enjoyed 3 nights stay in this property to see patriots vs dolphins. . Clean, modern, although small rooms. Excellent bathroom. 1 block from beach. The offer parking for $24 a day, but you can park overnight on street for free and then use meters after 8 am.

We paid $140 night by booking early. It was a non refundable rate. The rack rate of $190 seems high but miami is expensive


Located in the north end of miami beach. (Ie quiet residential area). Super easy to find and access from airports and you can drive or bus to south beach in five minutes if you want to see the scene.

Has a pool and $10 buffet on property. There is a deli and liquor store next door and a great jewish deli for breakfast or lunch a few blocks away on 41 st

We could not find accomodations on south beach. And for the first time discovered north beach and circa 39. What a cool find, Small pool, but active. A couple of really good restaurants. Two blocks walk to the beach. A little calmer than the south beach area. Which is really nice. And a short drive away to the action - which is also nice. Parking is easy. The rooms are modern and updated, very cool and chic. Enjoyed it quite a bit. Thanks

Small hotel in South Beach. Clean and comfortable. Under renovation but still a great place to stay. No carpeting in the rooms can get noisy if your upstairs neighbor is not considerate. The Bar tender Jorge makes you feel like family.
