Stayed in the Catalina's sister hotel 'Maxine Bistro & Bar'. Only stayed for one night as part of a Miami trip whilst staying in Orlando. Beautiful bedrooms, amazingly comfy bed. The bathroom was stylish - big shower, but felt like it was too big for the room. For the night we stayed there it was perfect, don't know if it'd been as good for a week or more. The corridors to the room were all dark and musty. Plus we had to walk through the bistro to get to the lift to our floor. The Catalina was a much more beautiful building and although we only saw the lobby and reception area it seemed much brighter and welcoming. Excellent location for walking around Miami.
