Front desk, i dont have nothing bad to say it about the employees, they treat us super good, we got problems with the A/C and they respolve super fast, the location was super walk distance to everything, they got good music all the time they got hookah service and Bar, the only thing bad, is they dont clean everyday the floor of the rooms,only make beds, and put clean towels, if u want to go to party and only sleep u can go to Carlton!

My husband and I stayed there for a week prior to our Carribean cruise. Our room was simple but very clean and roomy. The staff made us feel at home and offered great recommendations on local restaurants. Thanks you guys!

We are Florida Locals and usually go to South Beach for a weekend getaway with groups of friends. We love this hotel because of the helpful staff, the rooms are comfortable and the price is right. They had an awesome pool party with DJ's and a poolside BBQ on Sunday!

Great location to stay in...right next to beach, lincoln rd. shopping and great good places! The staff was very friendly and helpful but the hotel itself isnt worth what you pay for it! The phone in the room didnt work, the window shades were broken, the air in my other room didnt work and after matinace fixed it...the unit leaked all night in the room! We ended up having to switch rooms the next day and to top it all off some of pur things came up missing and we had ro file a police report! I WOULD NOT STAY HERE EVER AGAIN!!!!
